Natalie trained in massage therapy in 2008 with the Australian College of Massage. After completing her course, she started a home business. In 2013, Natalie worked at a local Dayspa where her interest in beauty treatments developed. After completing several short courses through The Gordon Geelong, Natalie completed her certificate in beauty therapy through Open Colleges. Natalie joined Mud Day Spa upon its launch in 2014.

Natalie’s passions are massage and facials with a focus on healing and complete relaxation. Natalie also loves making your brows and lashes look great.

Tracey is total fan of feeling good from the inside out. She relish es in the great outdoors and the beautiful environment we live in. Her love for living life to the fullest grew from finding personal strength from wihtin when life throws you obstacles and successfully dragging yourself through these ebb and flows.

Tracey uses her yoga practice to find space to find strength and patience to move forwards and slowly heal mind and body.

Practicing yoga for over two decades and her natural teacher personality drove her to embark upon the self-investigative journey and studies of the essence of yoga. Tracey’s studies are based on Krishnamacharya Classic Hatha Tradition, awarding her with a deep 500+ hour Accreditation. Combining her love for the human body with a degree in more Western Human Physiology and Chemistry teachings with a more Eastern understandings of the body has given her a wealth of knowledge surrounding how your body works and how to deliver Yoga safely to others, from beginners to the experienced.

And as part of the ongoing commitment to Yoga, our studies never really cease, we just keep learning more.

With a background in physiotherapy, Suren aims to help clients to live a better quality life by working towards providing immediate relief from pain and muscle spasms in a relaxing environment. 

Suren has experience in treating numerous conditions that require remedial massage and offer clients on-going care and advice as needed to help continue the benefits of their treatments.

Charlotte started her yoga journey with a strong physical practice however with time, further study and motherhood her yoga practice has become less focused on the physical body. As a teacher, Charlotte delivers a balanced class focusing on quietening the mind, physical strength and relaxation. Her intention is to share her knowledge and experience of yoga, and to encourage self-reflection. Charlotte believes yoga helps you get to know yourself and the way you relate to others, and how one lives in the world. Listening to your body, ongoing learning and enjoying yoga are integral aspects to her teaching and practice.

Charlotte’s yoga teaching style is best described as fusion yoga as it draws on many different styles and is constantly evolving.

After nearly 20 years of personal yoga practice Charlotte knows that with yoga, significant positive changes happen over a period of time; and that yoga is a great support in navigating the challenges of daily life. Charlotte has more than ten years experience teaching yoga and meditation to adults, children and seniors on the Bellarine; and 15 years experience in teaching and management in education. Charllote holds a Master of Educational Studies (with research in mindfulness), BA in Social Sciences, Grad Dip Education, Cert IV Training and Assessment, Diploma of Classical Yoga, Advanced Diploma in Meditation and Counselling, and qualifications in children’s yoga, writing, art therapy, reiki and massage.
